In light of this weekend’s official communication from Mayor Lucas regarding the stay-at-home order taking effect on Tuesday, March 24, we want to reassure you that Bank of the Prairie, an “essential business”, is open and here to serve you!
In cooperation with the guidance of municipalities and the federal government to protect the population by encouraging “no-contact services”, our lobbies are open by appointment only. However, you can still easily access your account in the following ways:
- Online banking
- Mobile banking and deposit capability (apps available from the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store)
- Drive-thrus with expanded services when needed
The stay-at-home order and no-contact services help ensure the safety of our clients, associates and community. If you need to access a safe deposit box or to see your banker, please contact us by email or phone at 913-254-0505; we are happy to schedule an appointment to help you, though we encourage you to avoid unnecessary contact.
We appreciate your understanding and assistance as together, we seek best practices in caring for each other, for our city and our country.
Bank of the Prairie is proud to be among the strongest banks in the country. We stand shoulder to shoulder with you through these difficult times.
This great community has faced challenges in the past and we are confident that, together, Olathe will unite to emerge stronger than ever before.
