If your debit card is declined for a purchase, please call (913) 254-0505 between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, and 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM Saturday, or (866) 508-2693 after normal business hours.
To request a new PIN for your debit card, please call (800) 717-4923 from your home or cell phone number associated with your account at Bank of the Prairie.
